Spiral Binding Wrap
An expandable spiral binding that simply wraps around cables to create a cable-form. Manufactured in a range of sizes to suit almost any number of cables in a bundle.
Fix ends with a cable tie and spiral around wire bundles in a clockwise direction, leading out wires as necessary. Works both as a temporary or permanent solution. A wide size range of 5mm to 100mm is covered in just three sizes.

Not only does it safeguard your wires, but it also allows for later maintenance – which, typically, requires the breakout of different cables in the bunch that need replacing or re-routing.
Usually, with other cable binding options, this wouldn’t be possible, and you’d have to disconnect each wire in the bunch to be able to make any adjustments.

Here at Flex-It, we offer three different diameter spiral binding wraps – 5-20mm, 10-20mm and 25-100mm.
To determine which size is right for your project, you need to gather, organise, and lay out the wires you want to form into a bundle and measure its outer diameter.
You want the wrap to be smaller than your bundle, or else your wires won’t be secure once placed inside.
Our three sizes cater for a wide range of diameters, so choosing the one you need is simple.
Let’s say the external diameter of your cable bundle measures in at 42mm – your best bet is to go for the 10-50mm size.
